At Vnyra, we stand behind the quality and integrity of every object we deliver.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-returnable Items

Items that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, orders may already be in fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
